Can't pick up? Your caller gets your booking link by text in under a minute.
You're with a client and can't answer.
After a few rings, the call goes to your Chairline number instead of voicemail.
A short greeting, then one text with your booking link.
If they text back, it goes straight to your cell.
Your number stays the same. Booksy, Square, Vagaro or any booking link works.
Every missed call is somebody who wanted to sit in your chair. Most of them won't leave a voicemail. They'll just call the next shop.
I grew up around this trade. My grandmother cut hair behind the chair, taught barbering at a community college until she retired, and still owns her own barbershop and salon. So I've seen the side of the business that happens away from the chair: the scheduling, the no-shows, and the phone that rings while your hands are full.
I set Chairline up for you, test it with you on your own phone, and I'm the person you text if anything needs changing. The founding price is for the first shops that sign on.
